Exit Strategy Brewing is the love child of Chris and Katherine Valleau.  Located in the heart of Forest Park's Madison Street, ESBC is a fully functional brewery and kitchen.  We brew an all ale portfolio and we take our beer very seriously.  So seriously, that both of the owners of Exit Strategy up and left their “real” jobs to create and operate Forest Park’s first and only brewery.  Chris was an attorney and Katherine was a teacher and now they are business owners, furniture rehabbers, construction helpers, semi-semi professional painters, makeshift handymen but above all….they’re brewers.  The Valleaus are huge supporters of the craft movement sweeping the beer industry and have been working on bringing Exit Strategy to life for the past three years.  Chris started home brewing in 2012 and from the get go, started racking up awards. Chris is good at what he does, really good.  His beers have cleared over 40 awards from all over the country.  That’s what propelled he and his wife, Katherine to start planning Exit Strategy Brewing Company.  Exit Strategy became their exit strategy and the rest….is history.
